Jackman’s of Bristol, Inc. is excited to offer our customers an Annual Service Contract.  In order to take advantage of this service, you need to be an automatic propane delivery customer.  If you currently are not an automatic delivery customer, but are interested in becoming one, please feel free to contact our office at (802) 453-2381 and we would be happy to help you get signed up.  We offer Service Contracts for Oil-Fired Equipment, Propane-Fired Equipment, Generators and Heat Pumps.  See below for details. 

OIL-FIRED EQUIPMENT $265

• Annual tune-up of your primary heating system which includes up to two hours labor and the standard tune-up parts, one air filter, oil filter cartridge and nozzle, pump strainer, fuel stabilizer, brush the flue passages, test controls, replace batteries in t-stat and air filters, cycle unit for operation, multi-point system evaluation and combustion efficiency test with printed results left onsite.  Any additional parts or labor will be billed at discounted rates.  Tune-ups to be scheduled from April through June.  
• You will receive a discounted labor rate of $80 per hour during regular business hours and $120 per hour for after-hours service calls.  Rates are subject to change.  This includes all plumbing and heating services for one full year from the start date of this contract. 
• 10% discount on all plumbing and heating parts for one year (12 months).
• Any additional units, propane, water heater, plumbing, or space heater in the same location, can be covered under this contract at the discounted labor and parts rate.

PROPANE-FIRED EQUIPMENT $250

• Annual tune-up of your primary heating system which includes up to two hours labor and the standard tune-up parts, one air filter, thermocouple if applicable, brush the flue passages, test controls, cycle unit for operation, replace batteries in t-stat and air filters, multi-point system evaluation and combustion efficiency test with printed test results left on-site.  Any additional parts or labor will be billed at discounted rates.  Tune-ups to be scheduled from April through June.
• You will receive a discounted labor rate of $80 per hour during regular business hours and $120 per hour for after-hours service calls.  Rates are subject to change.  This includes all plumbing and heating services for one year from the start of this contract.

GENERATOR $250

• Annual tune-up of your equipment which includes up to two hours labor and the standard tune-up synthetic parts, oil change, oil filter, spark plug, air filter, check gas pressure and start up procedure.  Any additional parts or labor will be billed at discounted rates.  Tune-ups to be scheduled from April through June.
• You will receive a discounted labor rate of $80 per hour during regular business hours and $120 per hour for after-hours service calls.  Rates are subject to change.  This includes all plumbing and heating services for one year from the start of this contract.

HEAT PUMP (Single Head $185/Multi Head $285)

• Annual tune-up of your equipment which includes up to two hours labor and the standard tune-up parts, replace indoor air filter, check condensate on indoor unit and clean outside evaporator coil.  Any additional parts or labor will be billed at discounted rates.  Tune-ups to be scheduled from April through June.
• You will receive a discounted labor rate of $80 per hour during regular business hours and $120 per hour for after-hours service calls.  Rates are subject to change.  This includes all plumbing and heating services for one year from the start of this contract.
• 10% discount on all plumbing and heating parts for one year (12 months).
